Listserv users sign up and sign off and set their options.
Please read the submit_listserv.cgi script for
installation instructions.
You'll also need to edit the listserv.htm and listserv_search.htm pages to meet your needs.

I am interested and willing to modify these scripts to
work with listproc and majordomo as well. If you're willing to give me a
